AquaCRM Privacy Policy

AquaCRM is business software used by water treatment dealerships ("dealers") to manage their own customer relationships. This policy explains what the AquaCRM apps and website collect and how it is used.

Who the data belongs to

Each dealer's data (leads, customers, appointments, work records) is stored in that dealer's own isolated database. AquaCRM processes this data on the dealer's behalf; the dealer is the data controller for their business records.

What we collect

• Account information — your name, work email address, and login credentials, used to sign you in and control what you can access.
• Business records — CRM data your dealership enters (customer names, contact details, appointments, service history). This data is entered and owned by your dealership.
• Diagnostics — crash reports and basic app performance data, used only to fix problems.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not share one dealer's data with any other dealer.
• We do not use CRM data for advertising.

Data retention and deletion

Business records are retained while the dealership's subscription is active. Dealers may request export or deletion of their data at any time via the contact below.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Each dealership's data lives in its own database with row-level access controls tied to your login.
