These terms cover text messages sent by Elegant Basics LLC ("we"), the operator of AquaCRM and related business software, to users of that software.
Operational alerts for business users: store and account alerts such as labor percentage above target, missed inventory counts, waste-log reminders, and live-data feed outages. We do not send marketing messages through this program.
An account owner or the user adds their own mobile number in the app's Team / Managers screen and turns on the specific alerts they want to receive. You can turn alerts off there at any time.
Message frequency varies with your business activity, typically a few messages per day at most. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@aquacrm.io.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
